This is a list of upcoming computer classes at Lexington Public Library locations.  Unless noted, all classes are free, one-time sessions.  Advance registration is required and can be completed by clicking on the class's "Register Now" link.

Advanced Features of Excel 2013

Learn about pivot tables, table formatting, and advanced formulas. Prerequisite: Intermediate Features of Excel 2013 or extensive previous experience with Excel.

After Effects Basics

Learn how to use the professional film and television industry standard software to create your own video project. This class will cover basic video and audio editing, as well as adding audio and video effects.

Prerequisite: Prior experience with Adobe or Video-editing software.

Learn how to use the professional film and television industry standard software to create your own video project. This class will cover basic video and audio editing, as well as adding audio and video effects.

Final Cut Pro X Beyond Basics

Learn the more advanced editing functions of Final Cut Pro X including: color correction, green screen effects, and much more. All "problem" video clips will be provided for you.

Open Office: Writer

Explore some of the uses of Open Office Writer as a free alternative to Microsoft Word. Students will get a brief overview of differences and similarities, make a simple form and examine how mail merge works in Writer. Prerequisite: Solid familiarity with word processing programs or Advanced Features of MS Word 2013.

PC Basics
