How do I cancel or suspend a hold?
To cancel a hold, log into your account and click My Account located on the bottom of the screen. Select the Requests tab and click the Cancel button on the item you would like to cancel. To suspend a hold, click Suspend for the hold that you would like to suspend and select a date from the calendar.
Note: Arrived holds cannot be cancelled or suspended. Please contact the pickup location for assistance at 231-5500.
