How do I know when my hold is in?

When your hold arrives at the designated pickup location, you will be notified via mail, telephone, or email.  (To change your notification method, call 231-5500.)

Please remember that our Holds Policy states:

  • Items can be placed on hold for 7 days and 15 items maximum.
  • Holds not picked up in 7 days will be re-shelved and customers will be charged $1 per item not picked up.
  • Cancel or suspend a hold in your online account or by phone at 231-5500.
  • Unclaimed holds prohibit customers from enjoying library materials.
