New resource gathers business information in one place
The Lexington Public Library has created an online resource for business information that points the way to the wide array of business information to be found in books, websites or the library’s online research tools.
The new Business Portal at www.lexpublib.org/business directs people to information in four categories:
1) Start Your Own Business
2) Learn About Investing
3) Patent Your Invention and Take It to Market
4) Copyright Your Original Work
Each category offers resources in a variety of subcategories and allows viewers to check the availability and location of recommended reference books and go directly to a recommended website or online database. (Users outside one of the Lexington Public Library?s six locations may have to enter a library card number to access online databases.)
Access to the library’s Business Portal is free.
