Summer Reading Wee Reader Instructions
Recommended for birth to 2 years of age.
- Starting the day you pick up your childs reading log or printing it from this page, check off each activitiy on the log as you complete it with your child.
- Return the completed form by July 31, 2013, and be entered into a drawing for parents to win a Target gift card.
- (NOTE: You can’t get prizes the same day you sign-up.)

What Makes A Good Book For Wee Readers?
- Thick, sturdy cover and pages
- Bright, colorful, clear pictures
- Simple geometric shapes
- Photos of faces, especially babies
- Few words
- Nursery rhymes
- Stories with rhyme, rythm, and repetition
