What should I do if I can't get the catalog to load on my computer.

We first suggest you clear our the cache(temporary memory) for your internet browser. You may also want to clear out your cookies to remedy the problem. Once these files have been removed you may want to try restarting your computer. Also check to make sure your library card and PIN are not being automatically filled in when you are logging in. If they are you may want to clear your stored login and password information.
