We first suggest you clear our the cache [1](temporary memory) for your internet browser. You may also want to clear out your cookies [2] to remedy the problem. Once these files have been removed you may want to try restarting your computer. Also check to make sure your library card [3] and PIN [4] are not being automatically filled in when you are logging in. If they are you may want to clear your stored login and password [5] information.
