The Central Library Gallery  is located on the first floor of the Central Library between the entrances and overlooking Phoenix Park.
The Central Library Gallery  has been in operation since the Central Library opened in 1989. The Gallery hosts six to eight exhibits each year. Exhibits feature artists from the region and around the world as well as historical and other educational exhibits. Lee is a Taiwanese-born artist whose works have been shown in a variety of exhibitions and galleries, including Kaohsiung Fine Arts Museum in Taiwan and the Museum of Fine Arts at Florida State University. Her current focus incorporates the human form with hair as her major subject matter. She uses graphite and mechanical pencil as her primary media due to its unique ability to capture the forms she seeks to emphasize in the subject matter.
