Are you interested in enhancing your Spanish speaking abilities? If so, we would like to invite you to our weekly group meeting. Our friendly group is open to everyone who wants to practice speaking Spanish in a supportive and welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to meet new people who share your interest in the language and culture.

Visit us weekly for gardening tips and to get advice for your gardening problems! Master Gardeners will also provide free seeds (or plants, when available) and gardening education resources.

The weekly classes will be informal and guided by a moderator.  EVERYONE is welcome - ANY native language, ANY English level. Voice, piano, and instruments will be raised in song to the music of Anthony Philip Heinrich, Kentucky's Own "Beethoven of America." Featuring University of Kentucky Music Professor Emeritus Ron Pen, the Eastern Kentucky University School of Music, and other regional musicians.

Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Please register if you plan to attend.

It is required that you bring your own working sewing machine to class with a needle, bobbin, and thread. Other fabric and supplies will be provided, but great optional items to bring are as follows:
-Straight Pins
-Walking Foot Compatible with Your Sewing Machine
-Wooden Chopstick/Point Turner
-Extra Sewing Machine Needles (Just In Case)
-Seam Ripper

Meet and greet Llama Llama from Llama Llama Red Pajama and enjoy the story and activities to celebrate these beloved books! Llama Llama costumed character will be present for meet and greet and photo opportunity.
