Thomas Leppert is a senior executive with 45 years of extensive global business background in multi-cultural environments including 35 years of international business management in the USA and Europe.  He has lived in Germany, Spain and Switzerland as the managing director of companies with diverse engineered products and systems. After his retirement from Sargent and Greenleaf, Inc., in Nicholasville, as the President of International Operations, he became a board member of Promet Safes, Inc, and is active in operational functions for the Promet Group in Russia.  Thomas possesses degrees in electronic engineering, an MBA and PhD, plus post doctoral studies at the Business School Lausanne, in Switzerland.  In the community, he has been a board member of the District Export Council in North Carolina, an appointment by USA Secretary of Commerce, Philip Klutznick and a board member of the Kentucky - Bluegrass International Trade Association.
