Here’s How to Do It
For Readers:
- Starting the day you pick up this reading log, read anything you like — books, magazines, newspapers, even listen to audio books & Playaways.
- Read a little bit each day.
- Keep track of how much time you spend reading (you can pick up a reading log at any library location).
- When you’ve read 15 hours, bring this reading log into the Library for a free book of your choice. (NOTE: You can’t get prizes the same day you sign-up.)
For Younger Children:
- Read or listen to 25 picture books and list them.
- Bring your completed folder to the library.
- Pick out a free book of your choice. (NOTE: You can’t get prizes the same day you sign-up.)
