Here’s How to Do It

For Readers:

  • Starting the day you pick up this reading log, read anything you like — books, magazines, newspapers, even listen to audio books & Playaways.
  • Read a little bit each day.
  • Keep track of how much time you spend reading (you can pick up a reading log at any library location).
  • When you’ve read 15 hours, bring this reading log into the Library for a free book of your choice. (NOTE: You can’t get prizes the same day you sign-up.)

For Younger Children:

  • Read or listen to 25 picture books and list them.
  • Bring your completed folder to the library.
  • Pick out a free book of your choice. (NOTE: You can’t get prizes the same day you sign-up.)

Have a foot-stomping, hand-clapping good time as you sing along with this great kid’s band. A great time to sign up for summer reading and get a balloon.
