Residents may request a free copy of the 2025 Consolidated Plan Draft from the Division of Grants and Special Programs, 6th Floor, Government Center, 200 East Main Street, Lexington, KY, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.  If information is needed in languages other than English or if you are unable to request the plan in person and need a copy mailed to you, please contact the Division of Grants and Special Programs at 859-258-3072 (TDD 425-2563). Citizen comments will be accepted for a period of 30 days, Friday, April 16, 2025 through 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 16, 2025.

The attached form may be used for any written comments or you may use a written format of your own choosing.  Please submit comments no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 16, 2025, to the attention of:
