Request for Proposals - Architectural and Engineering Services

Invitation to Submit Proposals 

Lexington Public Library (LPL) is seeking statements of qualifications from established individuals, firms, or teams interested in providing architectural and engineering services for a public library remodel project of the Digital Studio at the Northside Branch in Lexington, KY.  The Library will select, through this RFQ process, finalists for an interview and further consideration.  The interview process will result in the awarding of a contract for the project.  

Submission Requirements 

Please submit an original and three (3) copies of your proposal in a sealed envelope to the contact person shown below no later than the date listed in the RFQ Schedule. No oral or electronically transmitted proposals will be accepted. Proposals not received by the specified time noted will be rejected.  Submissions should include the proposal requirements in Appendix A. 

All proposals submitted shall become the property of LPL.   

All responses to the Request for Proposal shall be submitted to:
