Beginning English classes are held twice weekly to help participants improve English language reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.  Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Herbs are usually what give many of our favorite foods their characteristic taste, like the boldness of a pasta sauce or the depth of a savory soup or stew. Generally, these ingredients add to the dish by providing a new dimension of flavor.

You can have a nice lawn without excessive fertilizer or chemical pest control. We will discuss sustainable alternatives to traditional lawn care strategies. The emphasis will be on working with nature and understanding the biology of cool-season lawn grasses.  Learn why late summer is the best time to seed and why common fertilization practices are often not the best approach.
