This month, we’re making mie goreng - a delicious Indonesian stir-fried noodle dish - in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. For ages 7–12. Registration required.

The weekly classes will be informal and guided by a moderator.  EVERYONE is welcome - ANY native language, ANY English level. May is National Salad Month, therefore we'll be celebrating with the "Romaine Calm: Salad Edition" of Bite Club! Members can choose a recipe from one of the cookbooks provided or use their own  cookbook/recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy. Lettuce turnip the beet!
