Where Music Bridges Worlds, and Song Nourishes the Soul
Founded on the belief that music knows no boundaries, the Lexington Good Days Choir will present traditional Chinese songs and music.
This month features Trio Risoluto, with Sila Darville on violin, Luke Darville on cello, and Madeline Rogers on piano. They will perform music by H. Leslie Adams and Edward Elgar. Classical Music Sundays presents live classical music the third Sunday of every month, September through May, with EKU music professor Bernardo Scarambone as emcee.
Children 7 and under must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver. Please note that we will be building with the classic Lego bricks that contain small parts.

Not an artist? Not a problem! We'll provide the art supplies; you provide the creativity during this open art program. Recommend for 5-12 years old, dress for mess please.
Watercolor painting club with a lesson each month suitable for beginners, dilettantes, and anyone who just wants to hang out and paint with us. We will be following a series of tutorials that start with the basics at our first meeting and build on those skills with each class that follows. Registration required so I will be able to purchase enough supplies for everyone.

Join the?Songfarmers?of Lexington for a community jam at the Marksbury Family Branch. Bring your instrument, your voice, a song, or all three! Listeners and all skill levels are welcome.?
Lift your voices! Come sing together in this ensemble-based voice class for all skill levels.
The Youth Class will be for those 7 years of age and older. Participants will be given basic drawing and painting instructions. Then they will be able to create their own piece of artwork to take home.
Come experience the voices of the Library's New Hip-Hop & Poetry Club as members perform original lyrics, rap verses, and spoken-word pieces. This showcase highlights their work in writing, recording and performance skills —all coming together on one stage.
