All the Library Can Be
The library is essential to a thriving community, ensuring equitable access to information, education, and technology for all. We raise funds to support Lexington Public Library programs, services, and special projects that go beyond what public dollars alone can support.
Mats and chairs will be provided. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
Bring your poetry, prose, or other short writing and join us every other month at our Open Mic Night series for an opportunity to share your work! Please keep performances to around 3-4 minutes.
For teens and up. No registration required.
After the library closes, the building will be a laser tag battleground. For ages 13+.
Registration recommended.
Join Kristen Pearson of Glitter Green Thumb for a FREE gardening class that walks you through how to successfully harvest and preserve seeds from everyday garden food. Registration requested.
Let's welcome summer with a Hawaiian Luau themed Bite Club! Members can choose a recipe from the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a potluck dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!
