Northside Branch

Around the World is a book challenge for people who want to join a book club, but want to choose what books they read, based on the selected country each month. Share about your book at our meeting! Choose a book by an author from the chosen country, or with a setting in that country. Registration requested.

Tweens & teens ages 12+ can stop by the Northside Branch to create a trophy out of upcycled cups and glasses! We'll use hot glue and a variety of art supplies to make it completely customized. 

No registration required.

Join instructors from Kentucky Refugee Ministries for this free citizenship class. Student must be a Green Card holder for at least 4 years and 9 months. No registration required. *NOTE class will begin meeting on Wednesday evenings beginning February 28, 2024.

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. This Bilingual, Mat or Chair Yoga Class is targeted for beginners, but all experience levels are welcome.

It is encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, but we do have a limited supply of mats to borrow. Registration is required.

This collection contains government documents for the city of Lexington, for Fayette County, and for the merged Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, as well as funeral notices, club directories, scrapbooks, image collections and a history of Lexington Public Library.
