May is National Salad Month, therefore we'll be celebrating with the "Romaine Calm: Salad Edition" of Bite Club! Members can choose a recipe from one of the cookbooks provided or use their own  cookbook/recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy.
