The library is essential to a thriving community, ensuring equitable access to information, education, and technology for all. We raise funds to support Lexington Public Library programs, services, and special projects that go beyond what public dollars alone can support.
Here there be dragons! We can teach you how to get started with D&D and other roleplaying games. Beginners and experienced players welcome. Ages 11 & up.
Fauna is wildlife native to an area, so we'll be watercolor painting creatures native to Kentucky. I'll have references of many of KY's native creatures, and I'll demonstrate a few techniques that may be useful to you, like wet-on-wet and how to paint fur, and then we'll make a watercolor painting together! 13 and up, please.

Join the experienced instructors from Kentucky Refugee Ministries for an informative and free citizenship class designed to assist individuals on their path to naturalization. This class is open to all participants who have held a Green Card for a minimum of 4 years and 9 months.

Registration is required for this free program.

Beginning English classes are held twice weekly to help participants improve English language reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
