We will be following a series of tutorials that start with the basics at our first meeting and build on those skills with each class that follows. Join us for the "East Asia Edition" of Bite Club which will include cookbooks with the cuisine of Korea and Japan. Members can choose a recipe from one of the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!
