Calling all adults! Join us for a relaxing hour as we follow along with a video and learn to paint. We meet every month on the last Monday of the month. All skill levels invited. Materials will be provided as supplies last. Registration Requested.

Practice your English speaking skills in a group meeting every week. In this casual class we will practice & improve your English. Intermediate English listening comprehension, reading practice & conversation with an emphasis on cultural topics. For adults. Registration is not required. FALL CLASSES BEGIN AUGUST 11.

The weekly classes will be informal and guided by a moderator.  EVERYONE is welcome - ANY native language, ANY English level. In this fast-paced, hands-on session, you’ll go from "never held a uke" to playing your first few chords. We’ll cover the absolute essentials: how to hold it, how to tune it, and the "magic chords" that unlock hundreds of your favorite songs.

In this hands-on Botanical Printing workshop, we’ll explore the beauty blooming all around us and learn how to turn common spring plants into natural works of art. You’ll start with simple plant identification focusing on easily recognized, abundant blooms and leaves you can confidently gather in your own backyard.

Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Please register if you plan to attend.
