Come join us at the Eastside Makerspace for Learn to Paint. This month we're going in a new direction and learning watercolor techniques. We're going to make a watercolor style sample guide booklet and then use those techniques to make a small floral painting from observing cut flowers! All artistic levels welcome, 13 and up.

Watercolor painting club with a lesson each month suitable for beginners, dilettantes, and anyone who just wants to hang out and paint with us. We will be following a series of tutorials that start with the basics at our first meeting and build on those skills with each class that follows. Registration required so I will be able to purchase enough supplies for everyone.

Northside Branch - Large Meeting Room

Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Please register if you plan to attend.
