Healthy Living with Diabetes Series
Get the latest information on taking care of your diabetes. Develop a healthy eating and activity plan that works for you. Get tips on taking medication and reducing your risks for short and long-term complications. This nationally accredited diabetes education series provided by Lexington-Fayette County Health Department is free, plus all participants who complete the program will receive a $30 gift card and other incentives.
