Students & Educators - New

Open a new door at the library

Learning doesn’t stop at the end of the school day. The Lexington Public Library is here to support your education at every level, from birth through college, with skill-building tools, live tutoring, standardized test prep, after-school programs, and more.

Online Learning

Improve a skill, learn a new language, get live homework help, and more, all at the click of a button and free with your library card. Your username is your library card number and your password is the last four digits of the phone number on file for your account. See “A-Z Databases” below for a full list of online learning resources available through the library.

Teachers & Educators

The library is here to give you the extra support you need to thrive in your classroom, whether you’re looking for supplemental curriculum, one-on-one assistance from a librarian, or a longer loan period on materials checked out through library.
