Request for Proposal - Central Library Roof Replacement
The Lexington Public Library (LPL) is seeking proposals from Licensed Commercial Roofing Contractors, to replace the existing roof at the Central Library Branch at 140 E. Main Street, Lexington, KY 40507. Perspective bidders shall have a minimum of 6 Kentucky based commercial references.
Job Timeline:
Following award of final bid, timeline will be discussed with contractor.
Work to be performed during normal business hour M-F 8am to 5pm
Contract terms and conditions
Payment to be negotiated with winning bid. Final payment upon successful completion.

Submit intention to bid along with any questions about the project no later than
10/22/2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10/24/2025. Bids will be accepted no later than 4:00pm on Friday, 11/7/2025. All sealed bids are to be delivered to Central library 5th floor admin office.
