First, we'll learn about engineer Ruzena Bajcsy and her contributions to computer science and robotics. Then we'll test out some robots like Sphero Bots, Ozobots, and more!  Ages 12+

The weekly classes will be informal and guided by a moderator.  EVERYONE is welcome - ANY native language, ANY English level. First, we'll learn about Henrietta Lacks and the ways in which she contributed to modern medical research. Then we'll do some research ourselves using chemistry and biology to extract DNA from strawberries! Dress for mess! Ages 12+

Practice your English speaking skills in a group meeting every week. In this casual class we will practice & improve your English. Intermediate English listening comprehension, reading practice & conversation with an emphasis on cultural topics. For adults. Registration is not required. FALL CLASSES BEGIN AUGUST 11.

We will also make a healthy snack together - Rainbow Veggie Wraps! Open to ages 7–12. Registration is required.

Then we’ll make money jars to take home and practice smart saving. For ages 7-12. 

Dive into the fundamentals of digital animation using Procreate for frame-by-frame illustration and Premiere Pro or Final Cut for editing and timing. This class covers basic animation principles like squash and stretch, anticipation, and timing, while helping students produce their own short animated clips.

Not an artist? Not a problem! We'll provide the art supplies; you provide the creativity during this open art program. Recommend for 5-12 years old, dress for mess please.
