This workshop is all about understanding how your tax dollars get to the city, and then how and what city government invests that money into. This workshops includes a mock budgeting process to help you understand the trade-offs and negotiations in the process.

Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch.
