Design your own stamp and bring it to life using 3D printing! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn basic 3D modeling skills and create a personalized stamp you can take home. No experience needed—just bring your creativity! For teens, young adults, and adults.

Central Library - Kloiber Foundation STEAM Lab
Join Live Green Lexington to create paper out of recycled materials to learn about sustainability and creativity! For ages 8-17. Registration Required.

Northside Branch - Large Meeting Room

Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Please register if you plan to attend.

Stop by the Beaumont Branch to learn about pawpaw trees, fruit, and do a tasting of some pawpaw treats.

A family friendly event which includes a Fluorescent Tent with glowing minerals, Lapidary demonstrations (trimming and cabbing), Gem Tree making, Microminerals with microscopes, and Mineral displays.

Join the Fayette County Extension & Master Gardeners for FREE gardening plant giveaways in May, June and July at Northside!  Prepare your spring and summer garden with free plants in May, then learn to attract pollinators with more FREE plants and seeds in June, and in July join us for more FREE fall garden and herb seeds.
