For centuries Europeans believed the world's largest jungle concealed the glittering kingdom of El Dorado. Thousands had died looking for it, leaving many scientists convinced that the Amazon was truly inimical to humans.
With your free library card, gain access to a diverse collection of print books, ebooks, audiobooks, online classes and databases, and more. You can apply for a traditional, wallet-sized card and key chain tag or a digital library card to add to your smartphone’s digital wallet (iOS and Android compatible).

Northside Branch - Classroom
Beginning English classes are held twice weekly to help participants improve English language reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Classes and class materials are free to everyone. Participants can practice their new skills at any of our ESOL conversation group meetings. Questions: Email abell@lexpublib.org.
