Just like your physical health, your mental health plays an essential role in your overall well-being. Mindfulness is an accessible practice you can use to improve your mental health and has been shown to reduce stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Join us for the "East Asia Edition" of Bite Club which will include cookbooks with the cuisine of Korea and Japan. Members can choose a recipe from one of the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!

content creation apps
Generative AI tools
Using your own images
Using Canva in the Makerspace

Practice your English speaking skills in a group meeting every week. In this casual class we will practice & improve your English. Intermediate English listening comprehension, reading practice & conversation with an emphasis on cultural topics. For adults. Registration is not required. FALL CLASSES BEGIN AUGUST 11.
This month, we will learn how to bake the Angel Food Cupcakes! For ages 7–12. Registration required.
