Practice your English speaking skills in a group meeting every week. In this casual class we will practice & improve your English. Intermediate English listening comprehension, reading practice & conversation with an emphasis on cultural topics. For adults. Registration is not required. FALL CLASSES BEGIN AUGUST 11.

Just like your physical health, your mental health plays an essential role in your overall well-being. Mindfulness is an accessible practice you can use to improve your mental health and has been shown to reduce stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

The weekly classes will be informal and guided by a moderator.  EVERYONE is welcome - ANY native language, ANY English level. Lexington Public Library, PNC Bank, and KET host a national early childhood initiative from PBS Kids. Families can enjoy a craft station, a station where families work on a community service project, other fun activities, and a space where kids can meet and take photos with Daniel Tiger.

Join us for the "East Asia Edition" of Bite Club which will include cookbooks with the cuisine of Korea and Japan. Members can choose a recipe from one of the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!

After the story, Wild Birds Unlimited will teach us about our backyard birds and help us make a simple bird feeder to take home.
