The Digital Studio, located at Northside Branch on 1733 Russell Cave Road, is a space where individuals of all digital literacy levels can come to learn, develop, and enhance their skills. The Digital Studio provides staff assistance with technology, including hardware and software, through personalized one-on-one help and hands-on support in collaborative programs. Sample projects

Film and edit a video, start a podcast, edit a PDF, record a song, digitize old images, cassettes, or VHS tapes, design a custom flyer or original logo, do a photo shoot, learn how to use AI creative tools, create digital art, 3D print coasters, phone stands, and more.

741.5 is written and designed by Lexington Public Library staff member Bill Widener. The inaugural issue came out in January 2017. Sub-titled The Comics & Graphic Novel Bulletin of the Lexington Public Library, its intent is to promote new arrivals to the Library's comics collections. 741.5 takes its name from the numeral designation within the Dewey Decimal System that covers comics and cartooning.

The Digital Studio provides people of all skill levels the tools for filmmaking, photography and digital art, music making, and media preservation.
