Bite Club: 250Lex Sister Cities Edition

We'll celebrate the 250Lex Culinary Theme this month by creating dishes from the countries of Lexington's Sister Cities! Lexington has four Sister Cities and one Friendship City. These cities include County Kildare (Ireland), Deauville (France), New Market (England), Shinhidaka (Japan), and Jeju City (South Korea). Members can choose a recipe from the cookbooks provided or use their own recipe to contribute a potluck dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy!
