Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Join Edwyn Rye for insight into the grants process! Edwyn is a graduate of Transylvania University and a long-time resident of Central Kentucky. He has worked with United Way of the Bluegrass on several grant applications with awards totaling over $250K.

This two-day workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of music production and digital design. During Day 1 we will create their own beat using Logic Pro. On Day 2 we’ll design professional-style cover art using Canva to match their sound and artistic vision.
