The Central Library Gallery opens its new exhibit, "Stories Told: Mixed Media by Raymond Papka," featuring shadow box assemblages using found and repurposed objects by this modern surrealist. Plus music by Jonathan and Jessica Carlisle.

We will also make a healthy snack together - Rainbow Veggie Wraps! Open to ages 7–12. Registration is required.

Where Music Bridges Worlds, and Song Nourishes the Soul

Founded on the belief that music knows no boundaries, the Lexington Good Days Choir will present traditional Chinese songs and music.

Practice your English speaking skills in a group meeting every week. In this casual class we will practice & improve your English. Intermediate English listening comprehension, reading practice & conversation with an emphasis on cultural topics. For adults. Registration is not required. FALL CLASSES BEGIN AUGUST 11.

This month features Ross Whitaker on guitar, Danny Cecil on bass, Dave McWhorter on drums, Bryson Dunsmore on keyboard, and Clarice Taylor on vocals. Jazz at the Library features live jazz the second Thursday of every month. Sponsored by the Jazz Arts Foundation.
