Nonprofit Resources

Lexington Public Library is a Funding Information Network partner of the Foundation Center.  These resources have been carefully selected to aid your 501(c)(3) in the grant seeking process.

We occasionally offer programs at Library locations covering topics of interest for nonprofits and grantseekers.  Click here for the current schedule and registration details (if required).

You can also schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of our librarians via our Book a Librarian service.

Please note:  Candid has generously allowed us to make Foundation Directory Essential availble to cardholders remotely through December 31, 2021.  Once on the site, you will be asked to create an account and sign up for a day pass.  The day pass allows you to use Foundation Directory Essential remotely in a 24-hour window.  There is a clock at the top of the screen that will tell you how much time remains in the pass. After the 24 hours, the clock will show the next date on which you can activate a new pass (every 30 days).
