Watercolor painting club with a lesson each month suitable for beginners, dilettantes, and anyone who just wants to hang out and paint with us. We will be following a series of tutorials that start with the basics at our first meeting and build on those skills with each class that follows. Registration required so I will be able to purchase enough supplies for everyone.
This month's theme is National Book Award Nominees. Pick any book you want that fits the theme and come discuss it with friends! Each month, we will discuss books in a different genre/theme and everyone will talk about the book they chose to read. Spoilers may occur, so please be advised.

Every child who attends the program will receive a copy of The Jockey & Her Horse – a children’s book about Cheryl White, co-written by her brother.
As part of the Central Kentucky Concert Band's celebration of its first fifty years, a saxophone trio, composed of CKCB members, will present an hour-long program at the Tates Creek Branch Library. The ensemble has a large repertoire of classical and traditional tunes, most of which were custom-arranged or composed specifically for this trio.
Recommend for 5-12 years old, dress for mess please. First come first serve until supplies last.
