Come one and all to the most enchanting tea party in the land! We'll be celebrating like the princesses do with themed teas, snacks, games, and crafts. Don't forget to register before the clock strikes midnight! 

Explore life as an astronaut gathering moon rock samples, preparing space food, practicing your moon walk, making a jet-pack and more. Bring your space knowledge, and your best astronaut skills, and an empty cereal box if you have one. Recommended for preschoolers age 3-5 and caregivers.

In each session, we’ll explore different career paths through hands-on activities led by professors from the University of Kentucky. Pink goes well with green at the library! Learn Ozian dances, craft your own broom or wand, catch a screening of Wicked, or dance through life in a silent disco. Plus snacks, popcorn, and more!

Work with a diabetes care and education specialist to set and track goals.  Practice how to fit diabetes care into all parts of your daily life. 

Registration is required for this free program.  

Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Please register if you plan to attend.

From setting the table for different occasions to using utensils the right way, this hands-on workshop will help you dine with confidence. Let’s learn to eat like a pro! Registration recommended.
