Instructor from REACH will teach the essentials of credit and its role in your personal finances.

With National Nurses day being May 6th, Eastside will host a creative program where children can create their own stethoscopes, care for stuffed animals in a “Teddy Bear Clinic,” and explore a pretend doctor’s office. Along the way, they’ll learn about helping others, staying healthy, and the important role nurses play in our communities.

Herbs are usually what give many of our favorite foods their characteristic taste, like the boldness of a pasta sauce or the depth of a savory soup or stew. Generally, these ingredients add to the dish by providing a new dimension of flavor.

Keven McQueen is a Senior Lecturer in the English Department at EKU and the author of 27 books on history, biography, the paranormal, and historical true crime. He will be sharing stories from his book, Creepy Kentucky, with an audience Q & A to follow.
