May is National Salad Month, therefore we'll be celebrating with the "Romaine Calm: Salad Edition" of Bite Club! Members can choose a recipe from one of the cookbooks provided or use their own  cookbook/recipe to contribute a dish. If it's your first time, you can simply come to taste, discuss, and enjoy. Lettuce turnip the beet!

Join us as the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Office teaches Nutrition for Older Adults, complete with a healthy food demo! Registration Required

The weekly classes will be informal and guided by a moderator.  EVERYONE is welcome - ANY native language, ANY English level. Presented in partnership with the University of Kentucky School of Information Science, this session introduces us to the basics of artificial intelligence. We will learn what AI is, how to ask effective questions, and how AI can help solve everyday problems.
