The Marksbury Family Branch Makerspace is an inclusive space where customers of all ages can come to learn, create, and explore together, free of charge. Outfitted with current high-tech and low-tech tools, the Makerspace is designed to promote education and cultivate a do-it-yourself spirit for the whole family.

Participants are welcome to drop-in anytime during Open STEAM Play and stay as little or as long as you would like!

Children 7 and under must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver.

During Teacher Time, you will be able to use Makerspace equipment to create resources for your classroom. Including 24" laminator, 24" large format printer, 1.25" and 2.25" button makers, laser engraver, and Cricut.

Teacher Time is generously sponsored by LG&E and KU.

You glow! We're breaking out the neon for a silent disco, where the music is optional, but the fun isn't! Plus, play a round of neon golf, make a glow painting, or go bowling.

The library has a variety of directories and yearbooks with local information. In the library's current digital collection, there is a selection of residential and street directories, yearbooks, school directories, and organizational directories. These are all fully word-searchable.
