Calling all adults! Join us for a relaxing hour as we follow along with a video and learn to paint. Now meeting every month on the Last Monday of the month. All skill levels invited. Materials will be provided. Registration Encouraged.

Operation HOPE has a broad array of individualized services that level the playing field by offering customized one-on-one programs for youth, adults, and disaster survivors—on their own or through their employers—to equip them with the financial knowledge and tools they need to create a more secure future – all at no cost.

A bounty of wonders await you at the Renaissance Faire! Activities include archery, axe throwing, a variety of craft tables, and a stage combat lesson taught by the wonderful folks of the Kentucky Shakespeare Company. Plus, we'll have free food and drinks! While supplies last. 

Ready to learn the money principles you were never taught in school? In this part, we'll dive into essential financial concepts. You'll understand the time value of money and why it's so important to start saving now, save consistently, and be patient. We'll also teach you the Rule of 72, a simple formula that shows you exactly how long it takes for your money to double.

Join Northside staff and learn to make a simple, traditional Cathedral Windows quilt. Make one block each month and you will make a finished small quilt or throw by the end of 12 months! Fabric and sewing tools provided while supplies last. Prerequisites: you must already be able to thread a needle and hand sew a straight stitch and a slip stitch. Please register if you plan to attend.

Watercolor painting club with a lesson each month suitable for beginners, dilettantes, and anyone who just wants to hang out and paint with us. We will be following a series of tutorials that start with the basics at our first meeting and build on those skills with each class that follows. Registration required so I will be able to purchase enough supplies for everyone.
